WELCOME TO THE CHALKBUCKET
2015-2016!!

Welcome to Strength and Conditioning with Coach T!  I am looking forward to working with each of you this school year and helping you get ready for your chosen sport.    All of the school rules in the handbook apply during the Athletics Period.  Please ensure that you are properly dressed each day and ready to work out.  A doctor's note or note from a parent is required for an athlete to be excused from participation.  We work hard, play hard and stay focused!

Copies of the WODs (Workout of the Day) will be published weekly on the site.
